Hi Mike,

I just wanted to drop a post-job note, and some pictures.

Not that I know your business, but with having a basic understanding of what we wanted to achieve, and looking at the finished product, I believe that your guys did a good job.

Derrick, Anton and I did a final walkthrough before they did the final trailer pack up, and we went through the work that was done both in spray foam and in caulking. It sure looks like we have good insulation and seal throughout the wood framed walls and roof deck areas.

The guys had a bit of an oops and dropped something off of the scaffolding that ended up busting through the subfloor. In today’s construction climate, most people would likely point it out and say sorry, but your guys took the initiative to put some plywood and 2x4 bracing in the floor joist below – fixing the oops – and then also apologizing. That shows good worker care, and it was appreciated.

I did stop in each night after work, and kept abreast of how things were going, and could see that this type of work created more mess than I would have guessed when first thinking about how the work would go. However, I must say that I was impressed with how the guys took care to cover everything really well, and was very impressed with what a good clean up job they did – even to the point of taking all of the plastic and garbage with them away from site.

In summary, I am happy with my choice to use this product, and am very satisfied with the work that your company did for me.

I am happy with the foam insulation you installed last year. The house is at **** Grand Ave. Buena Vista. I said I would let you know my gas consumption once I had a gas bill. It works out to $1.86 a day, but this 3 month period in the winter (Jan,Feb,March) was weird because I had windows partially open on the top floor to release condensation from a curing concrete floor, so $1.86 is not too accurate.

To Whom it may concern;

The Southeast Regional College has a Campus located in Indian Head and during a recent renovation it was discovered that a loft attic was un-insulated and that there was no vapor barrier in this area. We planned to install a new boiler and ventilation system in the space directly below this attic. We required a solution to the problem and found it with Spray Jones and their Walltite System. Mike and his crew were able to provide us with an estimate in short order and a date was set for the work. They arrived and completed the work on time and with little or no disturbance to staff and students in the school. The spray foam was applied between the joist/ceiling framing and sealed all openings and provided us with a combination of vapor barrier and insulation.

It is hard for me to determine what portion of the 30 % reduction in the energy bill was due to the insulation, however I doubt that we could have achieved any sort of successful vapor barrier and insulation combination that would have been as successful as the Walltite System provide by Spray Jones.
