Who and What Makes Up the Spray Jones Team

Spray Jones is your one-stop source for professionally installed Polyurethane Spray Foam insulation and spray-on acoustical/fireproofing.

Spray Jones is centrally located in Regina Saskatchewan with a branch offices in: Saskatoon and Red Deer Alberta.

Michael Dynna manages the Regina office. He has been working in the spray foam industry for 9 years and is the founder of Spray Jones which officially started in Nov. 2004. Since that time the company has grown into the number one installer of CCMC certified medium density foam in Saskatchewan, with annual sprayed volumes of double our nearest competitor.

Mr. Dynna also served one term as the Region 2 director with the Canadian Urethane Foam Contractor's Association from March 2006 - March 2008.

Spray Jones (Alberta) Inc. Is managed by Dave Southcott. Before relocating to Alberta Dave was known  in the Regina construction market as an individual who introduced  high quality and innovative products to the satisfaction of his customers. With over 25 years experience in the construction industry Dave has the knowledge, depth of experience and ability to assist in the increasingly complex world of residential and commercial construction and to help customers build in an environmentally efficient and friendly manner.

Our most recent addition is a full branch office in Saskatoon. Carl Kennedy is welcomed to the Spray Jones Inc. team and lends a decade's worth of construction experience to our branch. Most notibly he was a project manager on some important capital development projects in Calgary including the MYTV studio at the U of C.

All offices serve valued clients in the residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial sectors. We can handle smaller home jobs or large scale industrial "shut downs" should the project arise. We are dedicated to improving building science not just convincing you to use our products over others. We educate our clients on our product's abilities as well as staying up to date on the competition's. We make sound decisions based on the needs and long term goals of our customers and their projects.

Foam Masters Image

Spray Jones is also a member of the elite "Foam Masters" program by BASF. We currently have four of our employees who have been nominated and accepted on this program and then passed the written exams. Our policy is that our chief people in charge of a spray rig have a minimum of 2000 hours spray time. You will not find this in many other spray foam companies.

The current trend in the spray foam industry is to certify people and companies quick, with little to no previous experiece. We have been, and will continue to be, outspoken against this and critical of those that do not value professionalism and experience. Quality installation cannot be acquired in a two day course.

The People - The Product - The Knowledge

The corporate model for Spray Jones is to use the best that we can. Quality is what we want to be known for.

The people are our greatest investment. We employ smart innovative, trustworthy individuals of all backgrounds and reward them so that they are happy to be in our service and stay. Employee turn over can kill any well run business and we strive to keep this to a minimum. We combine our experience and knowledge as a team to bring people onto the job site that are current in their trade and profession.

The product (s) are the ingredients for success. We have tried many of the other foams, fire proofing and acoustical treatments out there in the market place. We aling ourselves with large multi-national companies that have the experience and experts to create a product that is recognized for high standards and performance. We expect and get from our suppliers up to date technical data and support so that we can answer any question that is posed to us by a homeowner, builder, architect or engineer.

The Knowledge is what we continue to build on. Due to the previous experience of our owners we have reached a level of knowledge about the products and their use that few installation contractors ever attain. Further to that head start, we continue to upgrade and learn about new advances with our foam and through-out the industry. Our opinion is that you can never learn too much about your competitor's products and methods. In turn we also educate ourselves on grant programs and certifications like R2000 and Energy Star. In this way we have all the tools at our disposal to meet the proper needs and wishes of our clients.
